The moves that matter, where you work

High-priority moves reach your inbox within minutes, and Slack gets the priorities you choose. The rest of your email waits for a calm daily or weekly digest. Nothing is sent twice, and cosmetic changes never become alerts.

How it works

Three steps, then it runs itself.

  1. 01

    Every change is prioritised

High, medium or low, with a reason you can read.

  2. 02

    You choose the channels

Instant email for high priority and a daily or weekly digest; Slack and webhooks on Pro, Team and Enterprise.

  3. 03

It learns what you care about

Mark alerts useful or not relevant, and what you're notified about adjusts — with every alert saying why it is shown.

In detail

What you get.

  • Instant for what matters

High priority, and what you follow closely, by email within minutes; Slack at the priority each channel is set to.

  • A calm digest

The rest of your email once a day or once a week, at 08:00 where you are.

  • Relevance that learns

Feedback tunes what each workspace is notified about; every alert says why.

  • Webhooks and HubSpot

Changes in your own tools on Pro, Team and Enterprise; competitors on your deals on Team and Enterprise.

Channels

Where you'll see it.

Everyone gets email: high priority right away, the rest in a daily or weekly digest. On Pro, Team and Enterprise, changes above the priority you choose are also posted to your team's Slack or Microsoft Teams channels.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Will I get flooded?

No. Cosmetic changes, rotating banners and duplicates never become alerts, and only high priority, or what you follow closely, is emailed instantly.

Can my whole team get alerts?

Yes: each person chooses their own email, and on Pro, Team and Enterprise a Slack channel reaches the whole team.

Can I act from Slack?

Yes: mark an alert useful or not relevant, archive it or open it, right from the message.

Can different changes go to different places?

Yes, with alert rules: “when a pricing change comes from Brisklane, rate it high and send it to #pricing”. A rule can set the priority, send to a Slack or Teams channel, a webhook or chosen people, follow, mute or tag, and every alert says which rule fired.
