The problem
Where competitor launches hide.
Prospects tell you first
A competitor's new feature shows up first as a line on a buyer's evaluation sheet.
Release notes pile up unread
Ten competitors ship every week, across a changelog, a blog and the App Store. Nobody reads them all.
Packaging moves quietly
A feature moves into a cheaper plan, and the gap your roadmap was built around is gone.
Where to start
Start where they ship.
- Press & newsChangelogs, product blogs and launch announcements, one story per launch, with what it means for you.
- Product & packagingWhat each competitor plan includes, and every feature or limit that moves between plans.
- Hiring signalsA new team or a burst of roles in one area, read from public job boards months before a launch.

About OrleaBotConfirmed, then explained
Banners, dates and cookie notices are filtered out, and a change counts only when a second read shows it too. Claude, Anthropic's AI model, then writes why it matters and ranks it. The exact before and after stay beside the write-up.
How it worksHonest about its limits
AI write-ups can be wrong, so uncertain intent is called likely and anyone on your team can mark a write-up inaccurate. A page we can't read shows as blocked or unreadable, never as unchanged.

FAQ
Questions, answered
Will it tell a new feature from a bug fix?
App releases are read for what's new, with features told apart from fixes. Changelogs, release notes and launch posts become one story per launch, not one alert per post.
Does it build a feature matrix across competitors?
No. Each competitor's plans and what they include are shown in its own words; we don't map them onto a shared list of features and guess the gaps.
Which apps and job boards does it read?
Apps on Apple's US App Store (iPhone, iPad and Mac), not Android yet. Job boards on Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby; for a company on another board, hiring isn't read yet, and everything else still is.
